Hila holds a B. A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Communication Management (M.C.M) from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School for Communication, where she initiated and conducted a pioneering quantitative study exploring the influence of emotional intelligence on online usage and communication patterns. Hila specializes in online marketing and organizational communication, and is recognized for synthesizing established cognitive-behavioral theories with new media technology. She has done work for a wide array of industries including: government, non-profit, entertainment, and financial services. Hila is based in Orange County, CA and enjoys the performing arts, baking and travel.
